No Returns
All purchases from KZ by Komal Kareer are final sale.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, colour preference or any other reason unrelated to a confirmed production defect.
Please review product details, measurements and the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
An exchange will be considered only in the case of a confirmed production defect.
A production defect means a manufacturing or workmanship issue attributable to KZ by Komal Kareer and not damage caused after delivery or through use, handling, washing, alteration or improper care.
Reporting a Defect

- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs/videos showing the alleged defect
- Photographs/videos of the packaging, where relevant
- A brief description of the issue

Conditions for Exchange
For an approved exchange:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must not have been washed, dry-cleaned or altered.
- Original tags and labels must remain attached.
- The original packaging should be retained.
- The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage or misuse may not qualify for an exchange.
Size Issues
Please select your size carefully using the measurements provided on our website.
Size-related exchanges are not accepted.
We strongly recommend contacting our customer-care team before ordering if you require assistance with sizing.
Customised & Made-to-Measure Orders
Customised, personalised and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange, except where a confirmed production defect is established.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving customisation details.
Colour Variations
Minor variations in colour caused by photography, lighting, fabric characteristics or different screen settings do not constitute a production defect.
Exchange Availability
An approved exchange is subject to availability.
If the same product or size is unavailable, our team will communicate the available resolution.
Return/Exchange Shipping
Where an exchange is approved due to a confirmed production defect attributable to KZ by Komal Kareer, the applicable return and replacement shipping arrangements will be communicated by our team.
For issues that do not qualify under this policy, any shipment sent to us without prior approval may not be accepted.
